This will give you a flavour of our plans for the future, it is by no means comprehensive and items may change along the way, but this is how we see it today……

Resource Centre

To own a facility which as well being used for the main church meetings is also used during the week as a community resource centre. This would incorporate a drop in cafe, counselling centre, healing centre. Other facilities would include an IT training suite and recording studio both for church and community use.

Staffing

As the church grows we will increase the number of paid pastoral and support team staff as well as providing voluntary pastoral work experience to help people test their calling to pastoral ministry.

Church Planting

We are comitted to planting new churches both in and outside the Milton Keynes area. We see this as the best way to reach as many as people as possible.

Community

To be involved in our community by running projects such as holiday clubs, community days, fundraising days and anything else we can do to serve.

Church Members

We are committed to seeing each and every person in this church becoming the person God intends them to be and as such we will be running several development classes such as Marriage, Alpha, Freedom in Christ, Parenting courses etc….

Future Meetings

In order that we can reach a wide variety of people and to remain at the cutting edge of church we will continue to develop a variety of meetings such as those aimed for youth, creative people, the cafe culture, cross cultural and so on.

Mission

We will be developing our missional focus both at home and overseas. We would like to encourage a participation in overseas mission both on a long and short term basis. Closer to home we would hold regular outreach events.

Kids

Children are important and we would seek to have a dedicated paid Children’s Leader. Also, in order to better facilitate the needs of our children we will seek to split the age groups down even further. As part of the resource centre we would like to run our own soft play and cafe area which could also be used in our kids work.
